Summer is a great time to train!
Do you know why fencers love summer? It's because summer is a great opportunity to get even better at the sport we love! Our club is lucky enough that once again our great friend Ariana Klinkov will be coming down for CEFC Competitive Camp Monday June 19 - Friday June 23. Competitive camp is about so much more than just getting better at fencing... it's an opportunity to experience activities outside of our regular practices, to build confidence and independence, to build physical fitness, and to have a ton of fun! If you're worried about being able to hang "with the big kids" - don't worry... We make sure EVERYONE has a successful camp experience.
The cost for camp is $320, of which a $75 deposit is due June 1st (so we can get the plane ticket for Coach Ariana!). Compare this cost with some of the other camps around, and once again, you'll find that CEFC offers an excellent value while providing a high level experience. You get a full week of training, with one of the best coaches in the country who is fully tapped into the cutting edge trends in international sabre fencing. We're going to work on the new on-guard line position, design training schedules, practice the competitive mindset, and train strong and hard. Signup here for CEFC Competitive Camp in June.
